At the heart of Cascade Composites is our large autoclave. This controlled and monitored pressurized oven achieves the best strength-to-weight ratio possible, while minimizing void areas, and maintaining proper fiber alignment and placement.

- 40" Diameter X 18 feet usable volume
- Computer controlled with process recording
Curing Oven:
- 10x8x40Feet
Clean Room:
This room is an environmentally controlled lay-up / assembly area which is monitored and regulated to meet the strictest specifications for the manufacturing of certified aircraft components.
Honeycomb Core Machining:
Cascade Composites maintains systems to ensure quality of product and compliance with customer requirements. Our quality systems include operational procedures, and documentation for material handling, machine operation, in-process inspection, and final testing.
