FACILITY
Cascade Composites maintains systems to ensure quality of product and compliance with customer requirements. Our quality systems include operational procedures, and documentation for material handling, machine operation, in-process inspection, and final testing.
AUTOCLAVE
At the heart of Cascade Composites is our autoclave. This controlled and monitored pressurized oven achieves the best strength-to-weight ratio possible, while minimizing void areas, and maintaining proper fiber alignment and placement.

CLEAN ROOMThis room is an environmentally controlled lay-up / assembly area which is monitored and regulated to meet the strictest specifications for the manufacturing of certified aircraft components.

HONEYCOMB CORE MACHINING We are capable of machining aluminum, phenolic and foam core using the 3 and 5 axis router as well as by hand using custom manufactured machines and templates
CURING OVENThe dimensions are 10x8x40 ft.
A temperature controlled oven that is 10’ x 8’ x 40’ with controlled ramp and dwell capability as required per the material specifications with a max temperature of 280 deg F TESTING

COMPOSITE TOOLING & PRODUCTION
Cascade Composites fabricates tools, fixtures and molds to build component parts and assemblies for military aircraft. We incorporate information from drawings and loft data to create patterns used to manufacture these molds. Our engineering group is experienced in the fabrication of composite tooling, quality assurance, and inspection as specified per customers requirements.
